Good deals OP. Would you have any deals for smaller, lighter, PD power banks? Something than can do 1 charge for a pixel would be perfect.

    • Unfortunately at this time there are no smaller PD power banks at Amazon but I'll let them know.

  • Will this supercharge my P20 Pro?

    • Afraid not sorry. Very few power banks out there that will.

  • Thanks OP… very tempting.

Anyone got any feedback on the SW20PS+?

    • +2

Yes I’ve been using one for a few months now. Only use it to recharge an iPhone via USB and does it multiple times. The pack lasts for days and I even just use it to recharge from the coffee table, instead of plugging my phone in at the wall. The digital battery status is very useful. Recommended.

      • Thanks.
        Ordered one :)

      • +1

Get yourself a usb-c to lightning cable and use the PD slot on the power bank. man it charges quickkkkkkk

  • Awesome powerbank, the best you can get for this price. I got 2, the capacity rating is real, unlike some fake product claiming to have high capacity but they're not, highly recommended.

  • Whats the difference between SW20PS+ and SW20?

    • +1

      Size.

      • Which one is smaller

        • +1

It's covered in the description of the deal. SW20PS+ is smaller.

          • @Clear: Ok but is 100% the same thing? Lol about to order

            • @Seedy seed: Yep 100% the same in features. Just a size change.

          • +2

@Clear: Should note that even though the SW20PS+ might be smaller by volume, it’s fatter than the SW20 and I prefer the flatter profile of the SW20 because it’s easier to slip in a bag or pocket.

            • @p1 ama: Ditto, plus side by side USB A less likely to come up with issues supporting fat connectors than the SP20+

            • @p1 ama: Do you mean that PS+ is heavier than 20+ ?
              SW20+ size is 19x11.4x3cm 399gr.
              SW20PS+ size is 15.1x6.9x2.9cm 458 gram.

Seems PS+ is slimmer but heavier

              • @yht: The weight is my dilemma. 10% heavier and looks bulkier :/

  • What's the best way to keep this cool if I'm using it to charge a dash cam inside a car?

    • +1

Not a great idea because of heat.

  • Will it work for iPad 11”. thanks

    • USB-C to Lightning cable will charge it.

      • Thanks. Do you recommend the SW30 or will the smaller Powerbank be OK?

        • Depends if you need the extra capacity or not. Both are fine.

          • @Clear: Thanks. Will order in the morning.

          • @Clear: Order has arrived. Thanks OP. Not sure why they wouldn't let us use our parcel locker because it was delivered by AustPost. All good we are charging it now.

  • Shopback or CR?

    • Up to you. They both have the same rate (3.5%).

      • Don't need one. Still using the old Romoss. Higher cashback would've sucked me in though.

  • +1

Will these Romoss battery packs momentarily drop power to a raspberry pi when the Battery pack charging source is connected/disconnected? All my Xiaomi Battery packs do that, which makes them unusable as a ups.

    • +2

Most will do this because they’re not designed for use as a UPS, so they don’t have the capacitors to bridge the gap between when the power shuts off and the battery kicks on.

    • -1

Better to use a Sealed Lead Acid on Float charge for this.
Lithium batteries in general are not designed to be on continuous charge.

  • -4

Why it doesn't come with any cable for charging the powerbank?

    • +2

Cost? I don’t mind BYO for this price.

  • Would this be suitable for a Samsung A70 Phone ? have never used a power bank.

  • Will this charge the iPad Pro 2018 which is also usb C?

  • Hi Rep,

I’m still having issues with my SW20 and the USB-C connection.
When any USB-C cable is connected and no device is. The display stays on and won’t ever shut off. I’m assuming minuscule drain but it still drains.

    Anyone have this issue?

I was contemplating buying the SW20+ but remembered my current issue.m with SW20

    • I’ve used a Tronsmart USB-C to lightning and also the standard new iPhone USB-C to lightning

      • This is normal because the lightning plug on a USB-C to lightning cable draws a small amount of power.

        • On all usbc power banks this would be an issue?

I’m assuming the rep doesn’t know. That’s why I never get a response.

          • @Owgasm: I do this in my spare time for Romoss so I'm not available 24/7 to answer questions immediately 😉

Inception is correct in that the lightning connector would always draw a tiny amount of power resulting in the display showing. It would be the same if the cable was plugged into a wall charger.

  • Amazing deal for a PD charger, Time to stock up!

  • Hey will this charge the 2019 macbook air? I think it needs 30W. Please let me know.

    • You'll need a 30W+ PD power bank for the MacBook.

  • All my charging cables are NORMAL USB on one side and MICRO on the other side, is that mean I need to buy new cables to use on these power bank?

    • Those will work fine. These all have normal USB on them.

      • So buying a USB-C to lightning cable would only be necessary for faster charging than a regular USB to lighting cable?

        • Yes for fast charging iPhone and iPad with USB-PD.

  • Stupid question but will those charge switch safely? Which cable and port should I use?

    • It'll charge the switch safely but not in docked mode.

      • Can you tell me which port to use please? USB-C I assume?

        • USB-A to USB-C.

  • If anyone has more questions regarding input and output volts and Amps heres a link from a previous post which should explain:

    NO MORE POWER BANKS.
Must resist! Have more premium PD banks than i will ever be able to use….
    Dam you Ozbargain!

    • Went through that for a while with external hard drives.

  • Perfect for the pathetic battery on my $199 Pixel 4!

  • Can these charge Dell XPS 9365?

  • I thought this was a white Nokia N8 when I saw the thumbnail…

  • This is great to charge a single item. I have a Mi9 and this pack quick charges the phone but as soon as i add another USB to charge a non-quick charge device both the phone and the headphones stop charging.

  • Is this FAST CHARGE S10 and the latest Samsung Note?

According to he site it says it not.

    • Yeah the Samsung S10 is using a special protocol of USB-PD called PPS which this power bank (and very few others) doesn't support.

  • +1

Perfect timing, bought one of each 20k thanks!!!

    • Hi I purchased one last night but tried to bundle it with the usb cable deal but it kept crashing on amazon. Are you able to put a discount code the the cable up so I can purchase one ?

  • Thanks OP. Bought 2 of them
