There's something in the conditions about the amount of alcohol someone's allowed to win. The 0% offering gets around that

I was thinking the parcel box, tracked postage requiring signature, and labour to send out an item that probably costs a few cents at wholesale/bulk prices… Surely, it'd be more environmentally friendly and satisfying to the consumer if they issued something like a $2 e-gift card instead.
