Anyone has issues paying on the app with a debit card? When I tried it says my transaction has been rejected and to call the bank. I called the bank and everything is fine with my card and no such thing as a block on alcohol purchases.

She said I tried to replace it with Carlton zero but it would not let me and they will refund it. I just shook my head. A little flat as now I have lost my offer and have no Xmas driving drinks. Doh.

Soon after BWS launched its 100 Days of Summer promotion I won a $50 Woolies voucher so I clicked on it and redeemed it. In doing so, I had to provide my email address, which I did although I thought that surprising since they had my email address on my account on their App on my phone, but to date there’s been no sign of the voucher’s arrival.
Curious about what was going on I contacted BWS about the whereabouts of my voucher. Initially, I was told the voucher had been sent to me by email but I told them it had never arrived. They said, “Check your junk/spam folder.” I told them I had already done that. Next, BWS told me they’d try to get their technical department to resend the voucher. However, within a matter of seconds I was told the vouchers were not being emailed, but would be posted out. More than a month later there’s been no voucher in my mail.
What have others who have won cash vouchers experienced in relation to this promotion?
