  • Out of stock in a lot of stores in NSW. Online delivery not available

Less than half price, lifetime warranty and theres at least one or two stores in the east, west, north and south of Sydney that have this kit in stock.. this is more worthy of being a deal than most posted on here.

I bought the 87 piece Toolpro kit from their last catalogue special, but couldnt resist grabbing this for the car / bike / satisfaction of having more quality tools than I'll ever need

      • +1

Nice, my local at Warners Bay has both kits. Buying both as you did. Bargain!

        • +1

You just missed the half price sale on the 87 piece kit ($94.90) which stacked with the $20 credit for $100 spend - I spent my credit on this small toolkit. It might be worth waiting to see if it goes on sale again before the end of the year or check if the stores near you have the clearance range of the 1/4, 3/8 or 1/2 Toolpro socket sets on sale for about $30.. I searched high and low but couldnt find a store that still had them in stock, but I didn't check up the coast.

I also have the 87-piece automotive kit, but instead of buying this 29-piece kit, I am thinking before I go away on an extended 4WD trip, I just take those 29 pieces out from the 87-piece kit and pack them in a bag.

        • The 87 piece set doesnt have a 6mm, 8mm and 15mm wrench, 3/8 ratchet and imperial sockets. It's a good addition to complete the 87 piece set if you need the extra sizing. You probably won't need it but I was looking for any excuse to buy more tools.. plus, it's a handy kit to keep in the car (I'm hoping I can fit it under the seat of my motorbike)

          • @ChmpgneTasteBeerBdgt: I just realise the 87-piece kit has 1/2 and 1/4 rachet, not compatible with the 3/8 rachet in this kit. So the sockets are not interchangeable.

            • @edfoo: Dont need them to be interchangeable, use the 3/8 sockets with the 3/8 ratchet that comes in this kit.. hence why I suggested that this is a good add-on to the 87 piece set. If you really want to, you could purchase a 3/8 to 1/4, 1/2 adapter but I wouldn't think its necessary

              • @ChmpgneTasteBeerBdgt: Yes, I know this kit has its own 3/8 rachet, I just think it will be better if both kits share the same size rachets, so you have spare sockets in case you lose one.

      • wow thank you ! fantastic value, just ordered one. I keep losing tools all the time haha so for $41 to get a whole set and a box is super cheap for basic DIY stuff ! thank you again.

  • Just called Bondi they still have a couple in stock, I'm going to grab one now. Thanks OP

  • +1

Thanks OP, hopefully they dont sell mine between my click just now and my collect next week…

    • Don't they set it aside after you pay with C & C system?

      • +1

They should do, but I think there still is a chance someone could pick it up from the shelf and buy it before they prepare the C&C.

        • Yeah, that's true. I just ordered one C & C now and it's over the boarder in QLD., maybe I should call them to grab it off the shelf and put it aside lol.

Called them and all out of stock, but can get last one ten minutes drive further.

          Thanks for the reminder.

  • Interesting, I bought the set for $30 last week when there was still stock, today I received an email from SCA with $9 credit:

Dear XXX, as a valued Club Plus member, we are contacting you to let you know that you received 9.00 AUD credit on 15.11.2019. You now have a total of 9.00 AUD credit.

I didn't know this was the reason until this post. I have to say SCA makes me very happy this time.

    • You only have 28 days to spend the credit.

Club Plus Price Promise — If the product purchased by a club member goes on sale within 14 days after the date of the original purchase, the difference between the original purchase price and the sale price will be automatically credited to the club member’s account as a Loyalty Credit. Club Members will receive notification via email when Loyalty Credits are allocated to their club member account. To spend Loyalty Credit, club members must scan their Card at a SCA store before making their next purchase, or be logged into their membership account on the website before completing an online purchase.

Example: On Monday you head into your nearest SCA store in Australia and buy a set of car seat covers for the full price of $50. On Wednesday, the same seat covers go on sale in a SCA catalogue for $35.

A credit of $15 will be automatically issued against your membership account as Loyalty Credit. Notification will be sent when this credit has been applied to your membership account. You can then use the $15 credit towards your next purchase(s) such as floor mats, provided it is spent within 28 days after which the credit expires.

The Club Plus Price Promise EXCLUDES products which are on promotion as Multi-Buys, Bonus Buys or Combo Deals.
