  • thanks will give them a try

  • After I swim, when I tilt my head I hear water rolling around in my ears. I always thought this was normal. Seems it's not?

    • +1

Thanks for the good question. You're right, but not everything that's normal is pleasant!

That water you hear rolling around is quite deep in the ear canal where the skin is very sensitive. Chlorinated water from a pool and salt water from the sea - even soapy water from the shower - deplete the natural protection of ear wax and leave the ear vulnerable to ear infections. It's why we've combined water-repellent and anti-bacterial ingredients, and you put them in before exposure to water.

We've emphasised 'no-alcohol' because there are drops available which dry out the ear but repeated use can leave the skin cracked and exposed to infection.

      • Oh, it is normal?

It's never caused me drama. I usually leave it there for hours then later I get it out eventually.

I have some of your stuff anyway (i have kids). Need to try it.

  • Hi rep!
My kid got grommets. Can we use this product instead of plugs for swimming?

    • +1

Hello ssjmark, we don't recommend this for use with grommets but once they are no longer in the ear then the drops will help prevent future problems. We do mention that on the Amazon listing, but we will add it to the text of future promotions on here so thanks for your question.
