does my cats ass need an expression?
Hi there, it is quite common for dogs to get blocked anal glands, which is why we are offering the expression. It also can happen for cats. A sign of this is when a dog is either licking that area quite a bit or are scooting on the carpet. During the wellness check with the nurse we will check your pet to see if they require this. I am too scared to google it - what's with go with the anal gland expression? I've had dogs, cats, various birds, fish, frogs, sheep, chickens and ducks over the years and have never come across this as a pet requirement.
