Bought one during one of the past deals.
The lamp is detachable from the base and you don't need to have that plug in to use the light.
If you have a phone that can be wireless charged, I would say it is worth itIs the light rechargeable?
Otherwise it's disposable light?

I bought two last time when there was a deal.
Detachable lamp is convenient, with two brightness. But note that even in the lower brightness, it could be too bright for sleep so you may want to put it under some sort of cover.
I'm pretty happy with it.
Is it bright enough to act as a reading light?
The higher brightness is a bright white light that I'd say is sufficient as reading light. the lower brightness is a warmer yellow light (that is also not as bright) that serves as a night light.
@hophead: Just two brightness setting.
1) Bright white light
2) Dim yellow light (but personally don't think it is dim enough for sleeping, I kinda put it in a candle lantern/casing to dim it further.
Doesn't charge my Samsung Note 10+ consistently or my Samsung S10, especially if you have a case. I've had better wireless chargers. Little light is cool though.
I have iPhone XR with a case and charges ok.
Yes, I'm using a standard Galaxy S10 and have found that it charges consistently without issue providing the device is positioned largely in the centre of the charger (which is effectively the perfect size for the Galaxy S10). I haven't had any issues with my Spigen case either
I think it is important to have the device positioned in the center.
Have you found it doesn't keep the device charged at 100%? Mine just arrived yesterday, and I put it on the charger overnight, but when I woke up the phone was charged to 94%. It seems like the charger just turns off when the phone reaches 100%, rather than topping it up throughout.
I'd rather pay 20 times more and get Kanye's Yeezylight…

I don't really like how the savings are practically eaten up by the $15 shipping cost. Also, Ebay estimates delivery Tue. 3 Dec. and Wed. 4 Dec, whereas on Amazon it is Wed, Nov. 27 - Fri, Nov. 29.
