Me too. Add to cart, proceed to cart and paste in code (nothing happens and no apply button). Hit return and it proceeds to checkout page that still shows the original price. Seems broken to me.
EDIT: now see option to type code AGAIN on the shipping page, when I do this it works.

Yes the Play 5 is getting long-in-the-tooth.
Sonos is reported to have many products in the pipe-line, but apart from the SYMFONISK speakers there has been a lack of releases (just the Wireless battery-powered Bluetooth speaker thing).I read awhile back that they were falling in their profit margins. Apparently partly due to releasing the Sonos One straight after the Play:1 in order to keep up with the other “smart-speakers”, and this basically destroyed sales of the Play:1 (and I imagine the Sonos One as well).
And usually the cheapest smallest models yield the most units & biggest profit margins.
Anyway that’s what I read. But Sonos is meant to make a comeback and they are taking their time.
Sonos Beam is showing as "pre-order". A bit odd as it's been out for over a year. Do they mean "back-order" maybe?
