Hi all. Here is the full Black Friday week list of 25% off specials on Menulog. Each day a new cuisine will be on special for 25% off along with a generic code that will expire at midnight. Each generic code is one time use per account and will only work via the Menulog app (IOS, Android.) Works for both delivery or pick-up orders.

Terms and Conditions

Each generic code is single use only, 1 per customer. Codes are live from 00:01 AEDST for 24 hours. Codes are restricted to a cuisine group determined by Menulog. Codes are only valid for use on the app (android and apple). KFC and Hungry Jacks are excluded from the promotion. Menulog reserves the right to remove the promotion at any time. Minimum spend is determined by the individual restaurant partner and may apply.

    My experience with Menulog: multiple consecutive orders with missing meals / missing bits, then several painful phone calls with reps where they offered me vouchers with 3-month expiry as 'compensation' instead of a refund, then telling me it's too late to do anything about those orders because they weren't recent enough. I had to contact Fair Trading and finally got my money back around 6 months later.

    I've deleted their app.

      Yep, this. So tired of orders being cancelled and then having to ring up for a refund, and then ring them up a week later when the refund hasn't appeared.

    Just tried to apply to HJ's for a Rebel Whopper, doesn't work. Works for the other restaurants though.

    FYI, wouldn't authorise my Westpac Altitude Mastercard (on two different phones.)
    Worked fine with the linked Amex.

    Only catch is really, by the time delivery is added on, you are basically only really getting a bit more than the delivery off what you order unless you end up ordering a lot.

    Magically the super popular charcoal chicken place up the road is no longer under the "chicken" banner in Menulog. Despite "Charcoal Chicken" literally being in their name.

    So I tried another local one that does show up under the "Chicken" label and get "Voucher is not valid for this restaurant" (it's not KFC or Hungry Jacks)

    Fowlplay indeed.

    Nando's on Menulog seem to be offering Free Delivery (for the stores near me in WA anyway). But their prices appear to be 15% higher than the in-store menu. Sounds pretty dodgy to me.

    And my order ETA has now blown out by 15minutes as it sits on “assigning a driver”…..I’m guessing my food is ready and just sitting there getting worse by the minute while menulog tries to find a driver to collect it…..

      Driver finally assigned and now the eta has blown out a further 25 minutes….looks like my food will have been waiting over thirty minutes before it’s picked up….the restaurant is only five minutes away clearly they’re sending a driver from a while away

    I'm reading a few complaints here while I see the "the restaurant will confirm your order soon" message on the app. I've never had to wait more than 30 seconds to have my order "approved". The fact that I have time come here and write this commentary and the app (or restaurant) is still confirming the order probably means that I will have a problem…

        They said it was pre authorisation and should be back in 24h. Do you think they get interest rates stealing money from customers? Lol

        They said the restaurant (Zen Japanese) was unable to accept the order, probably due to high number of orders. Blá-blá-blá…

        I've already deleted the app, now I'm hungry/angry and will eat burger (Grill'd, got free delivery on Uber Eats).

    Code applies then disappears once you confirm the order. Happened twice with two different restaurants. Help chat says the code is only meant to work for delivery but it gives you the impression it will apply to pick up right until you commit to the order.
