Just picked up Tales of Beadle The Bard by JK Rowling [Hardcover] - a companion book to the Harry Potter series - for a mere $2.50 at Myer Adelaide. There were plenty left as of 12:40pm today (30/7/11).

This is currently selling for full price ($16.95) at Dymocks and the ABC Shop. Amazon.com is selling it for $7.93 +shipping and it's £4.19 at amazon.co.uk.

EDIT: These are price marked at $5.00 (which is still a bargain) but they are 50% off the marked price. I initially saw them on a bookshelf in the Menswear department next to "Zombie Cupcakes":

There were also a lot more copies in the actual book department, which is where I picked mine up from. The 50% off sign wasn't posted in the book department (which is why I went back down to Menswear and took the photo of the sign), but the book still scanned through as $2.50.

    Great price. too far for me. I believe is various short stories but has the backstory on how the 'deadly hollows' came about. I think its the only story in the book that tie into the movie / book of Harry Porter

    nice price, but the Myer in Canberra scanned it in @ $16.95 so perhaps it's YMMV at Myer stores?
