    How the heck do these Chinese people make money?
    it's 30 cents per transaction in paypal fees ontop of the 1.1% (assuming they get like $100k+ per month in transactions)
    Then shipping which costs them like $2

      Because 1 AUD is about 7 HKD and shipping is a lot cheaper in HK.

        Ah this makes sense now.
        I was looking at mainland China fees, Hong Kong fees are at HK$2.35 per transaction + 2.4%-3.4% depending on the volume of monthly transactions. And it's ~HK$2 to post the thing to Aus….

        They actually make about HK$2 out of this. wow… just wow.

        Haha time to screw Auspost over and start buying things from HK lol. Remember reading it costs Auspost like $2-3 to finish the Australian leg of a 500g parcel from overseas yet HK post only pays like $1 or less.

  Bought same adaptors off eBay, just note that often the left and right channels get swapped due to poor workmanship. I've bought a dozen of them before, and not one of them worked 100%. Some of them had one split fine, other split swapped and most had both splits swapped.
