  damn rather be generous and give me 1kg lamb chops, chops are so expensive now. 1kg of salmon sashimi at Fish market is $45/kilo. lamb chop is $52/kg at my local butcher.

    Lamb is about $15/kg around here. Chops or leg at the butcher, or even aldi. Scotch fillet is normally around $32/kg Its one of my favorite cuts.
