Just was wandering around Amazon, and saw Supreme Commander 2 on discount at $5.99 USD as compared with Amazon and Steam's usual price of $14.99.
Supreme Commander 2 is also on the list of retail games able to be activated through Steam.
It's a fairly decent RTS on an epic scale (you can have hundreds of units at a time) and worth a shot if you like this sort of game.

Edit: Forgot to mention that you needed to fake a US address, as Feepitee has said below.
Shouldn't be a problem as the key is delivered via email!

      That only works for the free stuff when you can also give them a fake us credit card. Is it likely to work with an Aussie credit card for paid content?

        Yes it does, I bought Warhammer 40000: Dawn of War 2 Retribution with my Woolworths Prepaid Mastercard, so I think it works.

  Just as an FYI guys, purchased with my Australian credit card and loaded the key into Steam.

  All worked perfectly.

    Was it 1 or 2 though? I've seen the first game go on special but not the second but then I wasn't really tracking 2 much.

    I love the original but SupCom2 is good too. It's quite epic and very pretty plus just as much fun. Granted it doesn't have the thousand unit addons but hey it's good in its own way. I find TA bogs down too much when there's a lot going no matter how fast your PC which makes big unit spam annoying.

    Also this is the best place to get TA http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/total_anihilation_commander_p… as it includes the addons as well.

      Actually, you can get Total Annihilation for free at many places (such as here: http://www.brothersoft.com/games/total-annihilation.html), due to the parent company Cavedog Entertainment having closed down quite some time ago.

      A great game, but it does show it's age in some places. If you are looking for a more 'modern' and 3D feel to the game, you can also try Spring (link: http://springrts.com/), a massive community driven modification of TA.
