Just too expensive even after the sale. I will wait a few years and hope it will go down to $300 mark

60% discount? that is a bit unlikely.

      • That's not only unlikely, but impossible. Not to mention the fact that this set will likely be discontinued after 2 years or so.

Flagship sets like this might be discontinued by a maximum of 36-40% at the end of their life cycle. For example, the UCS Millennium Falcon's historical low was $831.97 (first seen at the start of this year), which is 36% off the launch RRP ($1,300 AUD). It has yet to drop below that price in Australia and it's already been in production for more than 2 years.

after a few year it will be retired and youll have to spend more than retail. hahah

  • Don't forget to use discounted e-gifts cards (Suncorp, 6%) with Shopback cashback (4%). This will bring it down almost to $500.

  • do they have cranes?

    • they have an all terrain crane

  • Looks to be out of stock, can't add it to cart.

  • 25% off for this is still overpriced. It's got a fair way to fall.

  • But it has all the motors, bluetooth things and controllers? So still a good start for a learning curve to study robotics and one day leave Australia for a career in this field? Who knows…

  • Plenty in stock at David Jones on Market street.

  • Thanks op
Went into the perth city DJs today, apparently someone was at the doors at opening to buy the single set they had!
Anyway a staff member phoned up the market street store and ordered for me.
Not available online as apparently they would sell out instantly, so want people to go in store (possibly to stop resellers?).
