Oh right, I must have missed those in the OP

        • Where's your negs on every other eBay coupon deal then? I don't see any "bargains" listed in them either.

          • -1

@doweyy: If it was my job I'd probably do it mate. But it's not, so I won't.

  • no bargains listed. random items and no way to search. stop with "eligible items" deals and posts.

  • Always Price jacked up eBay.
Plus cashback doesn't work with Coupons.
    SO NO DEAL on eBay

  • Had eBay plus last year, this year had less codes that only work for very specific areas and ebay is not giving people the $30 gift cards they promised for renewing ebay plus.

  • No bargains listed.

  • where's the deal?

  • Too hard to find eligible items

    • The offer has not started yet. What are you trying to find?

  • a item in my watch list was 709 yesterday now 799 :(

    • Same happened last year. Time to call it Bullshit Friday.

  • still looking…this is BS

Lucky me!! Washing machine broke last week. Bought one from TGG (their ebay price is same as in-store price and is already reduced) and 15% on top. 20% off would've been nicer but can't wait any longer.

    • Need one too. Which one did you get?

      • Sorry about the late reply. It was the LG WV5-1409W. Apparently was highly rated by Choice.

        Was delivered yesterday too!!

Most impressive code in a while .

  • Got a mini mill for $1019.91 with an eBay plus trial (Down from $1199.90) https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/133022892792

  • @tightarse, considering you have substantial contacts at ebay, would you be willing to show them this deal, especially the negs and peoples perception of such sales? Please feel free to PM me if there is something confidential you don't wanna post here.

  • Doesn't even work on any item I have been eyeing in cart

  • DUP please remove

  • Confirming I can get the 15% off in 2 separate transactions upto $200 discount per transaction?
Asking because looking to buy 2 products and buying them in one transaction will reach the $200 cap.
If I do it separate then it would be $136 per transaction total $272 discount, obviously the better option

    • The T&C say 3 uses

PILGRIM drops the price of the Dyson V8 to $381.65 which I think is the lowest it has ever been.
It also drops the MX Master 3 down to $107.92 which is also the lowest it has been.

    Great deal! :)

  • I'm pretty disappointed with ebay. I put a OnePlus pro 7 that had the sale on for 15% off and when I tried to process payment it said the code cannot be applied. I got the screen shot to show this item was eligible.

Ebay ducking us sideways as well

    • Is your account definitely registered to Australia? If you're having errors with the code, best to get on live chat to get them to help you out fixing your account.

I got a Surface Go LTE for about $717 (RRP $998) which is the best I've seen on this model. Good deal for me.

Thanks for posting doweyy - picked up a iPhone 11 Pro 64GB (AU stock and warranty) for $200 off RRP from Mobileciti, now getting some camping gear. Tried to post this (only 4 units at $1547) but OzBargain was acting up for around an hour this morning I was getting 403s every time I tried.

I get people that are angry it's not side-wide but consider complaining to ebay, starting a forum topic. Bonus points for unsubscribing from eBay deals - you won't be nearly as angry or stressed.

    Thanks op

  • Did they pull the code?

    • Still working fine at checkout, but doesn't seem to be showing up on listings right now.

  • I was like yeah eBay sucks. Their customer service is appalling [1] but this is a bit of a pile on. Surely it would apply to the two eBay Plus items I have my eye on though? Given they are eBay Plus items? Added them to my cart! Pressed the coupon button…no deal! So shabby eBay!

Comment added largely for the neg.

  • no bargain from here to afar…

  • Ebay you’re making things worse for you! You guys make millions and all you care about is making more of it..
I’m walking away from you guys. Sick and tired of these rip off deals.

      It's almost like they're a … business!

To be fair, I have found and purchased new and items at good prices using such discount code for "Eligible Items". This is different to discount codes for "participating sellers" where many jack the prices because they have to contribute a significant % to the discount from what I heard, fair enough they have to meet their profit margins. The latter can be blamed on EBay as well as customers who are not happy with 5% sale where the advertised prices are realistic. They expect big numbers like 15-20% therefore EBay creates an artificial 20% sale but of course they won't pay that entire amount, the "participating sellers" are expected to chip in their share hence the jacking…

3 pages full of bargains here.

Why don't you comment the same thing on any other eBay deals?

      • You're right. I regret negging it.

        • +1

          Thank you, I appreciate it.

Thanks to Ozbargain, I saved another $10 Ha!

  • +3

Have to say, this is 100% a deal as I literally saved $70 I otherwise wouldn't have. Thanks Doweyy.

It's a shame your good work has become the lightning rod for "I hate eBay" (which in its own right might be fair).

Unfortunately some people only think of themselves. If they can't find any deals for items they want, the entire sale is a scam/fake/ripoff, even though plenty of other people are happily enjoying the numerous deals available. It's as if every sale out there has to be catered to them and their needs only.

  • Bring back the sitewide discount.

Wow. Just used this code on a random item and it worked. Wasnt even listed as an eligible item. I just tried it randomly and it worked. LOL @ eBay. You crazy kids…

  • Thanks OP, got a 65SM8600 for 1295 from The Good Guys (click and collect) - saved 200. Slightly more expensive upfront than Appliance Central with PITCH20, but they wanted $120 postage to WA.

  • This code looked to be working when tested on used Lego from various private sellers the other day but doesn't seem to be anymore.

Wonder if they changed the eligibility criteria or maybe it's ended early. I can't find anything it works on now.

    • +1

Have you attempted to use it at checkout? It seems like they've taken it off the listings page, but generally works on any listing that's eligible for the PRINCE200 code currently, so try it out in checkout.

      • Thanks yes I have tried a few items this way. Turns out the code does work. It looks like new Lego sets are eligible but not used.

EDIT: Not all new Lego sets are eligible. This random eligibility thing sucks.

        • Negative vote on this deal for eBay's rubbish 'eligible items' condition…and their online chat support is truly awful.

  • Still working?

    • Yep, still working fine.

    • Yep, just used up my last quota of the code (3 uses).

  • Thanks op found a baby seat!
