        Actually my bad. Sorry I thought this was the post for the 2070 Max-Q deal. This is the RTA 2060 (laptop) card. Not MAX-Q. Easiest way to check is to go to the DELL website and see what build options they have to know what it could be.

          @IJustKnowStuff: As of 2 Dec 2019, there's currently no Max-Q version of the 2060, it's known as the mobile version, but there are Max-Q versions of the 2070 and 2080.

          2060 (Mobile) < 2070 Max-Q < 2070 (Mobile) < 2080 Max-Q < 2080 (Mobile)

          With the 2080 (Mobile) provided about a 30% performance boost over the 2060 (Mobile)
