  Got a factory second of this model for $318 from DeLonghi 3 years ago and it has worked great since. Only down sides in my experience: sometimes the sensor thinks waste tray is full when it isn't, and the adjustment on the grinder is VERY sensitive - a tiny click makes a huge difference so have to adjust very carefully (instructions do say this - and it's true). Also it likes to be descaled more often than I feel like it ought to, but lately I've been ignoring it for a while before I get around to it and it still seems happy.

  Highly recommend at this price - makes amazing coffee.

    Set the water hardness and it won't ask to descale so often
