    I know this is old now, but wtf I ordered something early on… (2x gloves) and it took them 1 week to tell me that they didn't have it in stock and just gave me a refund of my order.

      That's unfortunate. They only took a day or two with my orders, so I could reorder at another Big W with stock. The one that took the longest to cancel was a remote one - the only store with stock, so it might be the case of them trying to find that last one, and realising they don't have it any more.
