No idea about the headphones but these 305s are hard to beat @ this price. Absolutely love my pair.
Keep in mind that these are powered but they have XLR & TRS inputs rather than RCA or 3.5mm so if you don't already have a way to output to them you're going to need some additional investment for an audio interface / dac that can do it.
