    scorptec page lists CL16 in the title. but on eBay it is listed with nothing but CL15 (in spec section further down).

      Ha ha even on manufacturer link it says 15-15-15-36 but heading and SKU number is CL16, can't really blame Scorptec then!

        @bender000: I think you'll find 15 is when run at stock speeds eg: 2133Mhz, 16 is running at 3200

  This is a good deal. I had ordered this, but this RAM is very tall and my noctua wouldn't clear it. So I instead got OP's deal. Getting extra frames in Star Citizen, so can't complain.
