Seems like a decent deal, has VESA mounting point as well according to the specs.

Wireless1 has it for $262.65 with EbayPlus for free delivery using code "PLATEAU". Scorptec delivery costs to WA can be extreme.

cheapest 1440p >144hz IPS is asus vg27aq at $600-700
if you don't mind VA panel , then aoc cq27g2 can be had at $450+

@phunkydude: Asus is a g Sync, I dont want to pay premium for that as my card support Free Sync. Will prefer flat as I will be using existing 24" as second monitor.
ROG Strix XG32VQR is freesync, but is curved :(

Yes, that ticks all the boxes, though refresh is 5 ms. Curved is another issue. I think curved screens only make sense for ultra wide. for now, I will be using existing 24" as second screen.
this monitor is like 3yo but hold its value too well till to date
it's a great panel with most oc'able close to 90hz or so
