Yesterday received an email for these but it didn't have the 10 digit PS Store discount, but now it has been resent with the 2 unique codes, one is for a festive theme and the other is for 30% off most games put into the cart. List of excluded items below and code can only be used once.
I also received one for my UK PS Store account but not my US account… countries where the PS accounts have been provided is below, so check your other email accounts in case you have multiple codes to use:
