    The Hilift is only new to our range, and as such no one has reviewed it as yet.

    The reviews on the XFrame are all legit reviews from our customers. The XFrame is our own branded product, so unfortunately you won't find any reviews outside of our own website. There are similar products around that you may be able to compare reivews to.

    Sorry we don't have a better answer for you regarding the reviews.

    If you do choose to purchase one and find it not to your liking, we'd be happy to offer you a full refund if you can return it to us boxed in a resaleable condition.

  Bought a couple of these on the last sale, not a bad mat but not as thick/plush? as the one from Officeworks. TBH using the mat daily I should've paid the extra $20+ for a few more Officeworks ones, these are not bad if you're not standing all day everyday.

    Hi Darkii,

    Thanks for the feedback. The Standsoft mat is designed to be on the firmer side, whilst still being comfortable to stand on. If your mat is too soft, after standing on it for a while it can be like standing on the floor.

    With that being said everyone has their preference and we're glad you've found some mats that suit your purpose.

    the $39 smaller one 550mm with balancing base and PU plush top ?

    or, the $59 longer 800mm that looks as thin like these ones ?

  Regional shipping is coming up at $45 for me (just for the mat)! And I'm not that remote (an hour away from Albury/Wodonga in a fairly large town)

    Hi akte,

    We had this discount set to only trigger once per order, so normally the way to get around that would be to order twice. However we've now changed the discount to apply multiple times per order, so you should be able to complete the order with multiple discounts on the one checkout now.

    Did yours have a strong odour?

    Had mine for over a week and it still smells very strongly of mould/mildew, which I think might actually just be a fire retardant or some other additive. It was strong enough to stink out my whole home office. I've had it sitting in the garage for a week now to off-gas, but the smell still hasn't subsided.

      I've opened one (delivered to office). No smell as you describe.

      The second is still sitting in the post office (perhaps has been returned). Ooops.

    Mine have arrived but due to my own incompetence I have only taken delivery one one.

    I haven't really used it much as I have found the padding not to be thick enough compared to WellnessMats®.

  Ordered 2. I want to congratulate your team on having a clean website and a good offer. A very nice shopping experience, nothing in the way of fluff to stop me pressing buy.
