Considerations:

If MK1 cannot be paired with two devices, please reboot MK1 and try pairing again.
It’s recommended to use headphones with the same chip when pairing two Bluetooth headphones to prevent intermittent music, silent sound or disconnection, etc.
In Bluetooth transmit mode, MK1 can be paired with a Bluetooth headphone and Bluetooth speaker. MK1 can’t be paired with a smartphone or other similar devices.
For a better music quality, it’s recommended to select headphones of the same model when pairing MK1 to two headphones.
To complete the Bluetooth pairing, it’s recommended to use MK1 in the place where there are few obstructions or other Bluetooth devices using.
If the pairing fails, please clear the pairing list on MK1 and smartphones, etc. And try pairing again. Meanwhile, check whether MK1 is in Bluetooth pairing mode. Also, you’d better turn off other Bluetooth Devices.
