The order must have already been submitted to the warehouse. Not sure what else you can do other then try to contact Kogan.

As soon as it goes to the processing in warehouse stage the cancel order button disappears and i guess it must be very hard to actually cancel it. That must have happened to you. It just happened to me with a pair of shoes i ordered about 35 minutes ago it's now in the processing in warehouse stage with no more cancel order ability which was there 5 minutes ago.
@hollykryten: There is a cancel button which comes in a few hours after purchase (usually at night time). This delay is due to the heavy amount of orders (Christmas period). It happened to me last week.
@I Smell Pennies: I've emailed them to cancel it and reorder it again. Received an email from them already.

Mine look and feel very similar to previous Kayanos I’ve bought.
I very much doubt they’re fake. But if they are then they’re so good that I’d happily buy them again at this price.
Got the Tommy Hilfiger shirts in and the sizing is way off compared to their size chart. The material does not feel the same as other TM shirts I have. I don't believe that they are genuine.
I chased up Asics and got the following reply:

ASICS Oceania Pty Ltd does not stock products to Kogan or any other sites such as Catch of the Day. We therefore are unable to confirm if the product they are selling is authentic A grade product.

I bought gt2000-6 and kayano 25 and to me the feel and quality of materials seems to be genuine. Only "issue" is on both shoes, the inner soles were not inserted properly, and the inner soles seem a bit big when pushed in position.
I had to loosen the shoe laces a LOT to get my foot in which seemed a bit different than other asics ive tried… The GT2000-6 had to loosen the laces so much almost couldnt tie a knot.
All in all I would buy again if I needed more.
