$50 credit on new applicants for NAB credit card

51

Whether you’re going on holiday, travelling overseas, shopping online or just managing day-to-day life, there’s a NAB credit card that can help. Low annual fees, low interest rates and reward point benefits are just some of the available options. And if you successfully apply for a personal NAB Credit Card by 31 July 2008 and make a purchase by 31 August 2008, we’ll credit your account with $50*.

*Important Information
Approval is subject to NAB’s credit assessment criteria. Terms and Conditions are available on application. Fees and charges apply. Offer applies if your application is made between 2/6/08 and 31/7/08 and is approved and you make a purchase on your card by 31/8/08. Offer is not available when closing or transferring from another NAB Credit Card Account or in conjunction with any other NAB Credit Card offers. $50 will be credited to your new NAB Credit Card account from 1/11/08. If before your credit is received, your account is in default, closed or replaced by another NAB credit card account, this special promotion will no longer apply to you and you will no longer be entitled to receive the $50 credit amount. You may only apply for this offer once. Excludes NAB Cards for Business.

  • This is OK if you were going to get a NAB credit card anyway, but there are better deals around than this with no annual fee like:

  • Ok summing this up you can either get a high interest account at 19.49% and get $20 for free (have to wait until November!) after the annual fee, or get a lower interest rate and get a total of $1 back after annual fee on the low rate card. I guess it's technically $20 of free money but seems like alot of effort to me.

Accounts opened from 1 December 2000 will be charged the first annual fee when you accept the credit card agreement and then annually in the same month thereafter.

    Standard Card

    • Annual card fee $30
    • Interest rate 19.49% p.a.

    Low Rate

    • Annual card fee $49
    • Interest rate 12.79% p.a. on purchases / 19.99% p.a. on cash advances

    Gold Card

    • Annual card fee $90
    • Interest rate 19.49% p.a.

    Velocity

    • Annual card fee $65 Standard / $150 Gold
    • Interest rate 19.99% p.a. Standard / 19.99% p.a. Gold
  • No thanks! I like my velocity…no annual fee ever :)

    • Is that an amex velocity card? Cause the NAB velocity card currently attracts fees.
