Please do not make the mistake of equating molecular hydrogen with compounds containing hydrogen. Hydrogen water is made from dissolving pressurised hydrogen gas into water. However, its comsumption has no demonstrable health benefits.
But this machine doesn't even do that.
This is a clever scam.

Honestly, there are times when I wish that my parents had not bought me up with a moral compass. I have a decent level of intelligence and can be charming - I think I would have been an amazing evangelical pastor - and dirty loaded with cash.
So - I look sometimes at the astounding variation in ways folks dream up of separating folk from their hard-earned and while shaking my head at the amoral nature of the scam, there is a part of me that admires their ingenuity.

Well, water does dissociate into H₃O+ hydronium ion. And OH- hydroxyl ion. Not very much, but it makes more sense than thinking alkaline water is good for you!
1x10^-7 in "pure" water - that we're not likely to get lol so less than 1 per 10million.
I'm not convinced and this is product is stupid.

Does this unit split the water into acid and alkaline? I can see the waste exit if that is the case. The alkaline is great to drink and the acid water is good for cleaning with as it kills baddies. This unit seems to create alkaline without creating acid water? It's a bit like a heat pump, heat on one side, cold on the other. In alkalisers I have seen there are 2 outlets, one acid and one alkaline. Maybe OP could explain.
