They have good prices on shoes but I have found their customer service to be lacking a bit.
I contacted them about a little issue I had with my Docs and rather than helping me with the issue they just told me to return it.
Normally this would be fine, but they said it must be in original packaging and unworn - unfortunately I threw out the box and wore the boots around the house to wear in (how I found the issue).
I have explained this issue to them but I have had no reply for weeeekkksss. I have sent multiple emails and even submitted a new query through the website. Still nothing.
Not happy, because now the '30 day return period' has long gone, so I don't know what they will do now.
Pretty poor effort, especially when you spend hundreds of $$.
Haven't worn my boots yet, just in case they finally reply and I can get this fixed.
In hindsight, I would spend the bit more and get it from a local shop, because then you can take it back when you have an issue.
