I was trying to book a parking in Melbourne City and came across free parking with $1 booking fee through Secure-A-Spot.

Parking today is free (apart from spots with certain signs)

  If there is a day of the week on the sign, parking is untimed
  If there is no day of the week on the sign, normal restrictions apply
  Parking is free in both cases.
