    Amazon was actually matching Harvey Norman’s price. I was quite surprised by this price. This is arguably the best sounding headphones out there although the ANC isn’t the level of Bose or Sony.

      Hell even the Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 wireless is better sounding than anything out there in this price range too. Their problem is their ANC isn't as good as Bose and Sony's flagships. And the 2.0 was also less comfortable than those. But this fixed the comfort issue and improved on the sound. So I would still recommend it over Sony and Bose for anyone that wants best sound quality, over ANC. It's not like the ANC is bad on this, it's great. It's just Sony & Bose do better ANC.

        Agreed. I still don't like that they have exaggerated bass, but they are better than the bose, but still no where near as comfortable. I couldn't use them longer than a few hours with the stiff headband. Bose or xm3 I could go all day.

            @Foma2: No maybe they are the 2s. My bad. I thought the 2s were wired and the 3s are wireless. I have the 2s and am not impressed.

    These are super comfortable, iirc the ear cups are actual sheep skin leather. My issue with them is two fold tho, poor battery life compared to competition and the exposed cables.

      Non replaceable battery and can't listen while charging bothered me too. I don't know why it isn't mentioned more, but the speakers are very far away from your ears due to the thick deep pads, and music sounds distant compared to other headphones.

        To my understanding the thicker pads (with drivers far away from your ears) creates what headphone connoisseurs call “sound-stage”.
        I think by having some distance between your ear & the driver it creates the illusion of a larger space with greater distance between sounds, and the brain can be tricked into thinking it hears some kind of live sound compared to just a ball of sound inside your head.

        And apparently “sound-stage” is where open-back trumps closed-back in most models.

    Have the 2.0 version of these and the sound is incredible, my only annoyance was the ear cups were slightly too small and not as comfortable as the Bose and the Sony. However the cups on the 3.0 are slightly bigger and more comfortable - little jealous I have the 2.0’s now
