      I do mine in the air fryer, 1:1 of honey and mustard, i use djon, and some salt and pepper, lather that shit up and cook it for 9 mins on 180. Perfect every time.

      Definitely not for sashimi..but this stuff can be great smoked. Put it in a brine of brown sugar, salt and lemon pepper for a few hrs. Then into a hot smoker for an hour or so… delightful!

    I got some from Claremont (WA) for $16/kg. From what I saw before they closed for today, there were at least 8 more pieces left. They can possibly be cheaper tomorrow there.

    The last 2 lots of seafood I’ve gotten from coles Belmont forum have been bad. Ammonia smell even after a milk bath. This is a great deal though
