    • Fixed, thanks!

Have these, wouldn’t recommend them - have tried all buds, over ear and normal and cannot get a good fit!

    • Do these have the foam tips like the x3 did?

      • +1

I'm guessing so as there are Comply tips included in the box

      • Yeah they were included but aren’t exactly durable.

I had the X2's. They failed and Jaybird support were useless. Would not recommend.

    • Support was super for me. I have the x3 and the left foam tip was falling apart. Contacted support and they sent me a brand new x3.

  • How do these stand up to the X3s?

  • Not a fan of jaybirds at all

  • Bought a pair awhile ago and they refuse to fit in properly and the sound quality was average.

    Wouldn't recommend

  • I had three pairs of these fail in a row.

  • I have had 4 pairs of these. First two failed and got a warranty replacement twice. Third one failed outside of the warranty period but Jaybird support was kind enough to give a replacement on goodwill. Their customer support is OKAY, just have to provide all the necessary details to go through a warranty replacement.

  • I bought a pair of these a while back, and they have been a pain (battery does not charge properly) and have had shit support, not worth it in my opinion.

  • I've got a pair of X2 & X3 for years now, I use them on & off in all different conditions, still working without any issues thus far. The foam tips are rubbish as they just don't last. As for the rest there not bad for there design & purpose, plus don't forget the app in order to customize your sound field.
