    Hey store two, can you please explain why some products are listed as being on sale, but do not ship 'to my area'. Change the postcode to literally anywhere else in Australia and it's still not available.

    Is it in stock/available, or not? If not, please remove the listings, because it's rather deceptive, bordering on illegal advertising.

    Ambivalent on Appliances Online - placed two separate orders for a washer and a fridge… Service on the washer delivery lived up to the promise but fridge - gosh - was listed as available for next day delivery but it hasn't been delivered.

    Popped on Live Chat and got told curtly 'well that model wasn't in stock the time of purchase' - except it allowed me to pick the next business day for delivery; their system would not let you do that for items not in stock at the time of purchase. Misleading, and zero (or perhaps negative) service recovery.

    YMMV, but thought people should know what to expect too. It's not all roses and sunshine with AOL!

    Why have the boxing day + new years deals been so bad. Wanted to buy some appliances for new home but its cheaper at good guys or HN. Really wanted to spend my money at appliances online but even with the delivery cost its still cheaper. Can rep advise any better deals coming up.

    I have the current deals with good guys commercial

    haier 7.5kg front loader HWF74aw2 - $387
    LG 454L GB-455UPLE - $725

    also looking for 2x split air conds

    Hisense 2.5kw - 499$
    or mitsubishi heavy industries 2.5kw -749 each.

        Mate i just called the number u provided. The people who picked up gave me garbage service. The guy who picked up said good guys have the firdge for 818 to which i replied 725 is provided to me by good guys commercial. He transferred me to your commercial number which said they dont match commercial prices and have no idea of any representative on ozbargain. "Maybe its somewhere pretending to be us on ozbargain" said the person who picked up on the commercial number. What a load of rubbish!

          Apologies, the above information provided on the LG fridge was incorrect, as Appliances Online can not price match The Good Guys commercial price.

          We do not stock Mitsubishi Heavy Industries split systems at the moment, only Mitsubishi Electric. We would still be unable to match a commercial price.

    Are these air conditioners all Model A? Do you sell any of the Model B variant? (Having a separate inlet for an air intake hose would be preferable)

    Bosch cashback offer only applies if you fork out even more cash to by selected heat pump dryers (in the same transactions), and Bosch Heat Pump dryers are not cheap

    I have an Esatto washing machine that I bought from AO 9 months ago and now i'm 'stuck with it', and it is absolute rubbish, only 2 settings out of 12 actually washes, no matter what material/washing liquid I use - just sharing my experience although somewhat unrelated.

    I got the Essato heat pump dryer from appliances online and while it takes ages, it’s almost paid for itself in electricity savings (2 to 3 loads per day on average).

    Service was fine. Delivered as ordered and the chaps were pleasant enough.

    I love my Esatto heat pump dryer, and the front load washer which works on all setttings. They are still relatively new so time will tell, re longevity. for a portable a/c though, I dont think I’d go Esatto. Noise. Either way I am saving for a split system. With regard to delivery and not in stock items… there’s aways a warning when I have ordered things, if they dont have it right away. Never had a problem.

        Thanks but strange that pricing has been increased slightly too (website showed $469 before but now $492). Also noticed code doesn't work on the 4.4 kW model.
