Well it said in the specs that the 0.5 and 1M support 5V/3A and 9V/2A while the 2M only support 5V/2A max.

They're being misleading as 5A is not for QC3.0. Rather Huawei SuperCharge
For the 10+ you're going to need an e-mark (typically 3.1 Gen 2) USB-C cable and a USB-PD charger that supports PPS if you want the full 25W fast charging. Otherwise expect it to max out around 15W (QC is 18W).

yes, only usb 2.0 ….usb 3.0 is faster but also uses extra pins.
i think most of these cables are for people charging phones , and not speed oriented e.g people using for plugging in hard drives to PCs where speed matters ….the chipset in a phone isn’t designed for usb 3.0 speeds, but the extra usb 3.0 pins for current are.
usually the A end uses blue plastic if it’s usb 3.0.
pretty old specs on the cable tbh, even QCs are old for phones. New ones now have 45watt PD 3.0 PPS chargers just for phones, not even laptops.

interesting chargers ….fine print that says if car isn’t 24v some charge options don’t work e.g 20v …… while most people just notice Wattages.

yes, but a lot of PCs out there , especially if older than 2 years, and people use those with phones for backing up, transfer photos for editing etc only have A type ports on them ….. and lots are usb 3.0, faster, and higher current for charging.
Just because it exists doesn't mean everyone will have upgraded to it. There are still people on Windows XP for example. Slow adopters are a real thing and people are resistant to change. A to C cables are not even that old
Usb ports in newer cars are usually still usb2/3.
I'm lost count how many times I'm searching around the house for a spare usb-a to usb-c cable for my power pack. Plenty of usb-c to usb-c cables around.
No one seems keen to do it. I can imagine huge stockpiles of USB-A sockets around, and I haven't seen other peripherals in any rush moving to USB-C either.
