[XB1, PS4] The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Special Edition $5 PS4 / $10 XB1 @ Target

700

Don’t think I’ve seen either of them this cheap before.

Excellent game, much cheaper than ebgames at $28 or JB HiFi at $39

PS4 - $5
XB1 - $10

I grabbed one at Merrylands. Bit hesitant to post as stock is quite limited, but still at Merrylands, Airport West and Point Cook.

  • If you're deliberating between the 2 versions, go for the XB1 for the mod support :)

    • I’m more deliberating whether I’m ever going to play my ps3 version or if it’s worth getting the Xbox One one.

Haha join the club. I've had it on PS3, PS4, XB1, PC and now Switch :)
Always bloody ends up being the same sneak archer character though, despite my initial attempts to diversify game play :)

Seriously xbot version?!? PSVR version >>>>>> anything xbot has to ever offer!! Not just skyrim but any game m$ released to date!!!

      • What are you on about? This deal doesn’t have the VR version for sale. OP was talking about PS4 only has 1 GB of mob support while Xbox One has 5GB of mod support.

Click and collect only. Unfortunately no stock in my area.

    • I saw lot of stock at Warringah Mall, Brookvale couple days ago, but the website says "No stock in this store", clearly a lie.

      • Really? Says no stock in Canberra but I'll still try a walk by then
        Edit: couldn't find any

Can you try EB Games for their Price Match?

      • Generally won't if there's no stock nearby

        • Yeah you're right, I tired and they didn't. This was in Brisbane.

  • Already have it on ps3

    • If you haven't already played it, I'd pay the $5 for PS4 version and play that instead (assuming you have PS4). I played it on PS3 and loved it, but it did have some technical issues. If I had the time I'd love to play it again on PS4, but just have too much stuff in my backlog to replay a 100+ hour game that I've already squeezed every last quest out of.

  • 150 hrs of my life I shall never get back.
Do I dare waste another 150 at this time in my life?!

  • I would love to know how many copies of this game has sold worldwide on every platform combined.

Must be in the billions for sure!

    • Mate, there's only 7 billion people on this planet, and the vast majority of them have zero interest in gaming.
"In November 2016, Howard confirmed that Skyrim had sold 30 million copies since its release in 2011."
Sure its been a few years since then, but I doubt it ever made 40M given the hype has well and truly subsided. That's still an outstanding number though.

      • Actually confirmed hit 1 billion yesterday. Sold amazingly well.

        • Lol. You're confusing total revenue from copies sold with total quantity of copies sold.
1 billion dollars divided by 40 million games sold gives an average of 25 dollars per game, which is perfectly reasonable.

  • Point Cook Melbourne has stock. Gotta ask behind the counter. Just grabbed myself a copy.
