  • I got a $15 one but couldn't find anything for $15 or less to buy.

Yeah appears there's nothing under $18 (use eBay store to find cheapest products, then check the main site)

      • eBay store and their own website stock is different

    • Last time I bought a Surge Protector for $18

    • Would you be ok if I used it, if you’re not going too?

      • +1

        Sure. Here you go:

        L2962557-9CX

Only for $15 no minimum spend

        • Bugger someone else already used it! Thanks anyway

          • @tight1987: LOL

            (it wasn't me)

          • @tight1987: Sorry you didn't get in on time. Hopefully whoever used it got value out of it.

I wonder if someone could write a script to figure out what all the codes are?

    Guess I'm not a Fan

  • I only got their normal $10 off Hot Offers voucher today, but also got a $30 voucher yesterday as an apology for the random emails they sent. Not sure on the terms on that one but will see what it lets me buy.

it is so overpriced can't find many things below $40. Oral-B PRO500 Toothbrush for $100 is a joke. Normal sell price is $20 in Coles and Woolworth. And the recent Harvey Normal Black Friday deal is only $10.

  • Anyone got one they won’t use?

  • The worst mob when it comes to customer service. Their chat system is broken most of the times and when you do get through eventually, it is worse than not being able to get through to them in the first place. No problem if you are buying but if you even dare to get a refund for an item replaced multiple times for the same fault, you're better off buying a lottery for better odds.

Just a warning about these vouchers…

I received one last year without an expiry date and I contacted customer service. They said they are valid for 3 years.

This year with their recent Boxing Day sales, I wanted to purchase a particular kitchen appliance, though it was about $100 more expensive than at Good Guys and other major retailers.

I rang them, they said they had no problems price matching Good Guys. They gave me an equivalent price. I then asked if I could use the voucher, and they said no. The guy said his system allows him to put one code in only, that is to price match and so he could not also enter the discount code for the gift voucher.

He told me if I want to use the discount voucher I need to enter it online… I said what is the point of that, even by using the voucher I come out much worse than buying the item from Good Guys.

So just a heads up in case anyone tries to both get a price match and use the We Miss You voucher…. I was told you can’t do both.

    • Had exactly the same issue with them but they eventually found a way to discount the item incorporating the amount of the voucher to make it what it would be with the price matched amount less voucher amount. YMMV

      • Wow, how is this possible?

        • Anything is possible if you are persistent enough. I would rather pay a little more and avoid having to deal with these guys again. Still waiting for my $10 refund voucher of a returned item after 3 calls, 15 chats and 6 months…

  • I received a $30 voucher last night, didn't get the $40.

"Earlier today we sent you multiple test emails with the subject line "Test Email Please Ignore". This was a mistake on our part and we are taking steps to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Please accept our apologies and this $30 giftcard voucher."

    • If you aren't using it, I'd be happy to take it off your hands :)
