Be glad, because it's notoriously bad.
There are way too many caveats with shopmate. No food, gst and invoice requirements. I switched to planetexpress a while back and even after the discounts above they are still quite competitive without the issues above.
Yeah, I personally have also switched to Planet Express.
I mistakenly sent something to my shopmate, so when getting gouged i had to find this discount.
My experience with ShopMate:
Had 2 parcels arrive same day, They charged me for re-packing (they pack into one single parcel to save costs)
Parcels arrived in 2 packages, with Shopmate labels stuck over the original label (So they were NOT repacked)
Item arrived damaged, was thrown or something and had to get merchant to resend
Raised a claim with AusPost who advised me ShopMate is owned by Singapore Post so took weeks of them emailing SP and waiting for replies to finally get a refund on the shipping for second item (the resent one) and the repacking fees.
If ANYTHING goes wrong its an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE, for me no matter who cheap they are i won't use there services again.this has expired.
Dang, I just used Shopmate and didn't think to change the "19" to "20"
