I purchased the Nintendo switch from an eBay seller. The item is still not posted. It says "paid but not posted". I messaged the seller 4 times. No reply yet. Prior to pay he replied all my text. It's now 5 days I paid.
What should be done?

agreed, and 'hack' so many things are a 'hack' as well. They don't know what that word means either.
If you paid through PayPal, you Can report it to them.mkf you paid via credit card, contact your bank and get them to reverse the charge.
Open an Item Not Received (INR) case with eBay. They will put your payment on hold with PayPal and request the seller to provide proof of delivery. If the seller does not then you will get a refund.

Sorry, whats the scam? Slow postage isn't a scam. Wait the required time and do a 'return' for item not received.
Agree. Some sellers are lazy and never update progress status.

You haven't been scammed yet and what are the websites. In Australia there is only one eBay website.

Wait for 7 days, then report to Paypal, and Ebay.
