Well not a snow jacket. Maybe look at the sailing gear. You want a lot of freedom in and under the arms which also have underarm vents.
Maybe the Softshell jacket or something very light. For golf I think a Helly vest might be good, freeing up the arms fully during the swing.
I hate cold winds when playing golf. Layers are a good idea so go with something very light that blocks the wind, has some moisture resistance and has vents for then the sun comes out. Good luck.
