      Sir Walter, wasn't freshly cut and most strips were missing that inch of dirt from between 20-50% of the area underneath.

      Had to buy topsoil to bury the runners as no amount of watering was making it settle, it was turning yellow.
      Once it was topdressed ($300 and a whole day later) it began to settle in.

      Oh and it was infested with lawn grub moths on delivery.

      I saw some negative reviews online but didn't listen to them.

      A friend brought from a place in acacia ridge, $1-2 more per sqm but saved in the long run as didn't need top dressing, or as much water, or to kill the bugs.
