Change to data on your phone.. I get that on my wifi too.
Your internet provider should have zero to do with it… But I just experienced the same thing.

Worked on Firefox for me, didn't go through with Chrome. Also, clearing cookies might help as I did the same before proceeding on Firefox.

Thx OP. I had my cart pre-loaded before the start time, but couldn't use promo code once sale had started. I had to clear cart and start again, then it worked.

I at first went looking for shoes and jackets. The Nike Epic Reacts and Adidas Ultraboosts are always a first search, but in the end I decided I have too many shoes haha

Can someone explain to me this complicated shoe conversion. Size 5UK here, first Google result shows 7US, on platypus 5UK is 7.5US and on athletes foot, 5UK is 6.5 US. How do people buy shoes online? Even when I buy in a Nike store itself, I'm not one size.
The easiest way for me is that I look at my shoes right now, see the U.S sizing and go from there. For me: I am size 10 US and size 9 AU. AU size is always 1 size down from US and vice versa.

I think their firewall has some issues.

Share my purchase experience here, as been advised that numerous times of technical issues or access denied.
have read all the replies thoroughly then select the available shoes again and again, tried it and worked at the end.
try difference web browsers or vpn or just easily restart it.
if you find the technical issues which mean what you selected is not on stock then you will have to find alternatives for the successful proceedings.

I'd strongly recommend ppl to call stores to advise that way at least management are aware and can either extend or store could honour the 20%

Turn off Wifi and use mobile data then you will be able to access. That works for me.

Not the point, Footlocker staff have NO IDEA about these issues and some staff think it's "your web browser, try again in 10 mins"
Call the store. Complain. Ask the staff to tell the store manager. Let Footlocker revisit this in Tuesday to realise how much of a FU this sale is …

They even didn't ask me if I would like to choose other color instead of current one which refunded!

I had a talk with their customer service! Such a bad service, I have never experienced like this! They can't do anything for their customers, so rude and impolite!
I wish I never buy from them in first place! This kind of companies first need to know how to talk to their customer and how to respect!

Having said that they were initially out of stock then I came back and they were available again so not holding my breath.
Used Android, Chrome, mobile data if that helps.

so annoying, ordered the jordan 33 just after midnight and now they cancelled it. not sure if theyre filling in orders on a first come first serve basis.
They are known to do this. It is because they can't manage their website properly to match the stock available. With a company as big as them you would think that they could at least manage that.
