  Is the "composite video" a joke? Perhaps the common error of confusing composite with component?
  With decent DVD players so cheap, compared to a few discs, why would you buy one at any price that only had composite output?
  Component with progressive output makes a real difference, especially on non-CRT displays, where interlacing is bad.
