I've been shopping around for a winch, lots of good reviews on the Runva Xp 11 Premium.
Comes with a 5 year warranty which includes water ingress.
This is cheapest price I have found on these Runva winch's.

Yeah, you get a rebuildable unit for the extra money you pay. A few years back there was a thread about which winches to buy, and which to walk away from based on manufacturers willingness to cover warranty. The moderator of the site put significant effort into correspondence with makers. Some forced you to pull it down yearly (for some vehicles this is a huge job), some said it had been exposed to weather, no warranty etc. LOL its a winch. Runva had no such issues and had good warranty service, and they tended to stay dry inside without use.
Now, maybe some details have changed on who is who like breathers as they will get hot in use, but these guys were among the most praised cheapish winches. And they were regarded well over the likes of Warn by people who spend big money, including having owned Warn.

When I got mine, not this premium version, the earlier 11XP, I changed the grease in the gearbox immediately as Chinese products, not Runva just in general, had a reputation for including metal shavings (swarf) in some of their grease due to lack of cleanliness at factories.
Just needs to be waterproof grease that wont harm rubber seals.
Tmax and Carbon appear on the buy from list too. Just checked the thread.
Shipping for me is $94.95, which would make this @ $828 Shipped (eBay plus members with code PREPARE) a better deal, especially as it has a few extra accessories

All I can say is mine is still working after 8 years. Used it most recently helping to move things on a house build.
The Runva 11XP is one of the better winches along with the Carbon 12k. Got my Runva for $770 delivered back with a 20% Ebay coupon so this is still a great price.
One of the better Chinese winches. Rebuildable too, spares are readily available.
