Main page says complementary so I'm guessing it's a typo on the checkout screen.
Tickets you purchase will contribute 70% of the revenue to the player's prize pool. Silver Class tickets come with a complementary Dota 2 themed mousepad and Gold Class tickets come with a mouse/mousepad bundle.
The discounted price of $13.75 for the Gold ticket with mouse and mousepad is a great deal BTW.

Nooooooo… Now I can't unsee it

Do I have to show up to get the mouse and mouse pad

Used to play for the Uni League with Aus eSports. Bought two gold tickets, will show my partner what Dota is all about. She used to play LoL.
Hoping to get the bundle as well.

I don't think you understand the meaning of complimentary…
