It's not even a significantly cheaper lepin.
I bought a Lepin kit once to see how it compares to the real thing. Lepin is huge in China since Lego costs so much, and to be honest if you're not fussed on perfection then it is good enough.

That doesn't make it a valid alternative just because it's popular in a country where counterfeiting is a state-sanctioned economic policy.
The entire suggestion of Lepin on a deal for a Lego product is unsolicited and irrelevant because Lepin and Lego are two entirely different products for two entirely different demographics, and this post is for buyers who've already decided they want the genuine product for the lowest possible price and not a questionable counterfeit of questionable quality sourced from questionable vendors with questionable returns policies and after-sales support.
It's gotten to the point that nearly every Lego deal on OzBargain features at least one of you Lepin-apologists parroting the exact same drivel and the reason you and Rgb are being downvoted as usual is that you fail to grasp that your suggestions have zero relevancy to this deal, which I've explained time and time again on numerous Lego deals.
What's more is that none of you seem capable of posting a separate deal for Lepin sets and instead constantly attempt to hijack Lego deals with your completely vague assertions of a "better deal" that "definitely" exists on somewhere out there on the Internet if you buy the Lepin counterpart but never once mention a specific price or seller that can fulfill it.
