I wonder if this means 3% is the sale norm now….

      • Reminiscent of eBay huh

      • CR now 3%.

Remember you can use Suncorp Rewards for Amazon gift cards, also 3% off and no waiting for cashback. You can get access by just opening a free bank account if you aren't already a member.

    • Do the cashback sites pay out if you use Amazon gift cards as payment method?

      • +5

Yes. Using GCs is fine, purchasing GCs is usually not.

        • Has this been tested with Amazon, my experience with other sites and cashback is that the gift card pretty much implies that you arent spending any actual cash on the purchase since its a gift card, and so you get 0$ cashback, i know thats the case with Catch.com.au

    • The only problem is Suncorp limits it to $200 total per month.

      • +1

        Limit is $500/month.

        • Maybe I'm limited.. my one is specific to Amazon - $200 per month :(

          • @pifts: Oh I see. That's isn't very much at all. I couldn't find anything in FAQ about different limits, might be worth sending them an email to ask?

    • I opened an account but i cant find the rewards page. Any idea?

        • it brings me to the page where it says get the app or continue with desktop version. and then when i press continue it brings me to this page that has two tabs" Insurance and banking

          • +1

@Koipanda: Once you get to that page try going to https://benefits.suncorp.com.au/all-gift-cards or just scroll down and click on one of the Kmart etc. gift card icons and you will access it that way.

            I use the app myself.

            • @hamza23: I finally got it. Could only do it through the app. Thanks alot!
Also, do i need to pay with the Suncorp Visa card to get the benefits or can i pay with any card?

              • +2

                @Koipanda: Good to hear.

You can pay with any visa/mastercard debit or credit card from any bank/provider. I use Suncorp Benefits for Coles gift cards as well for 4% off. You can checkout the wiki wangasm mentioned below to compare.

  • Looking for ticketek egift card discounts, can only find physical ones on aus post. Does anyone know of any other rewards programs that offer these discounted?

    • +2

They are listed in the Discounted eGift Cards Wiki.
Suncorp has them for 5% off, though the highest discount is at Youi with 10%.

    • +2

Worth noting that Ticketek vouchers take 48 hours to activate, even if they're delivered instantly (eg. from Suncorp) - It's caught me out before when purchasing for popular events.

  • The eBay gift cards should stack with all the awesome eBay promo deals that are currently running.

Assuming you get the card(s) in the mail before the ebay deal expires and stock still exists.
