$10 Bonus Cashback on $30 Spend in One Transaction at eBay Australia @ TopCashback AU (Activation Required, No Code Use)

5660

Hi everyone, hope you are all well. Today through to tomorrow we're offering a $10 bonus when you shop and spend at least $30 in a single transaction at eBay Australia. This is on top of the standard 3% cashback rate.

You must first activate the bonus, then click ‘Continue shopping’, then click the pink ‘Get 3% cashback’ button from TopCashback’s eBay page and complete your shopping. Using eBay gift cards for payment is fine, but using ANY voucher or coupon codes will make both cashback and the bonus ineligible. Bonus offer runs for two days ending 23:59 AEDT Saturday (01/11/2025).

Thanks for your support as always 🙏
Stay safe, and enjoy 😊

Please read the following terms & handy tips carefully:

1. To participate in the $10 bonus cashback promotion, you must first be a member of TopCashback.com.au and must activate the offer prior to making a single eligible transaction of $30 or more (inclusive of GST, but excluding shipping charges) at eBay Australia.
2. After activation, the transaction must be made between 00:00 AEDT on 31 October and 23:59 AEDT on 1 November 2025.
3. The bonus is not eligible on use of any voucher or coupon codes, and also not eligible on the following: travel category items; charity & non-profit items; real estate; vehicles; eBay plus memberships; purchase of gift cards; best offer accepted prices; auctions; purchases using vouchers or eBay credit; shipping.
4. Your order must be made in a single transaction and may contain more than one item, but the order total must be at least $30 (inclusive of GST, but excluding shipping charges). Sales may report to your account excluding GST so the reported amount may be less than $30 – this is acceptable. Multiple items in an order may report separately in your account – this is also acceptable.
5. The bonus cashback will show as a separate entry in your TopCashback account once your order tracks, and will be payable once your order is payable. Tracking is not instant and may take up to 7 days to report.
6. If you cancel your order or eBay Australia deems the transaction ineligible for cashback, the cashback bonus will be removed.
7. The bonus cashback is over and above the advertised cashback rate which still applies.
8. Only one TopCashback.com.au account per person is allowed, and the bonus cashback is limited to one per TopCashback member. The bonus cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional bonuses (including tell-a-friend and sign-up bonuses) that may be active at this time.
9. The bonus cashback may not automatically apply where a missing cashback claim needs to be lodged. If this is the case and your claim is successful, you may need to raise a separate support ticket to be awarded the bonus. Please do not lodge a missing cashback claim until at least 7 days have passed.
10. TopCashback.com.au will not be held responsible for any technical failure or otherwise which prevents participation in this promotion..
11. Where a contradiction exists between the offer terms & conditions and TopCashback terms & conditions, the offer terms & conditions take precedence until the offer expires.
12. Any fraudulent activity will result in rewards being forfeited and accounts closed.

Handy tips:

Tracking for eBay Australia is not instant and can take up to 7 days to report. For tracking success, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, DNS AdGuard, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave, close additional browser tabs, and don't click away to other sites after clicking from TopCashbackAU as tracking will be lost. TopCashbackAU must be the very last click/tap prior to purchase. Try our iOS/Android mobile app with wifi off (using mobile data) for improved tracking results. Use our contact form here for any questions or issues. Claims can be submitted here.

    What to buy?

  • +2

not eligible on the following: real estate

    Deal breaker right there…….

    • +3

      Does include fake estate but.

      • Not sure, but I was about to buy a new penthouse, but changed my mind when i realised i would not get my $10.

        • +1

was about to buy a new penthouse,

Guess you'll need to go with a renthouse instead.

        • +2

          buy a centhouse

    • I wanted to buy a bay electronically. What else is this website meant to do?

  • -4

Anyone still shop at ebay? I swear this deal is out of desperation.

    • +6

eBay is still booming believe it or not.

      • +1

        For boomers ?

    • +3

Yes, car parts and coin cell batteries it's the best place to go. Other recent purchases include heating thermostats and sump pumps, for both they were cheaper than AliExpress and I got the item much faster

      • Also for refurb phones/tech, but that's about it

        • I am sure there's lots of other weird crap that I am not into that it's the best place to buy from but I wouldn't know

    • +22

More competition is better for consumers. Once eBay is gone and Amazon has the monopoly, we won't get the incredible deals that we get.

      • -2

I don't think Amazon considers eBay competition, mate.

        • If eBay is not their competition then who is? Amazon and eBay are the biggest marketplaces in Australia by a long shot.

          • @dealhunter52: In the online marketplace sector, eBay has 17% market share. Temu has 20%. Amazon has 50%.

Amazon doesn't have competition at that point. Even if they did, it wouldn't be eBay. It would be Temu.

            • @dongltron:

In the online marketplace sector, eBay has 17% market share. Temu has 20%. Amazon has 50%.

              According to who?

Every search I did had Amazon and eBay at #1 and #2. Temu didn't even figure in top 5. Even Kogan and MyDeal are ahead of Temu. Probably because once people get ripped off Temu, they don't buy again.

    • Yep

    • +7

eBay used to be where I got things for cheap from China now has been replaced by Ali and Temu.

      • +6

Same. They got rid of the $5 off $15 spend and I basically stopped shopping there.

      • +1

Idk if it's just me, but I never seem to get free shipping from Ali anymore? Always seems to be choice products where shipping is like ~$5+

        • -1

same. Got a lot harder to navigate too.

They're pushing the choice shopping with the $10usd/$15aud minimum for free shipping.

    • +1

      All collectibles mainly sold there

  • +1

Time to buy a Dell charger for laptop, thanks!

    • -2

      Kid's birthday?

      • +3

        Wife's

  • Sorry for noob Q, but does postage incl. "Shipping" ? I have an item on watch that's $20 and the postage is $12.

    • -5

Please read the following terms & handy tips carefully:

      • -3

Thanks I did. Hence why I'm asking the basic question of if shipping is technically the same as postage? Semantics I know but sometimes there's a difference

(inclusive of GST, but excluding shipping charges)

  • -1

Thanks TA. Now what to buy LOL

  • -1

    Thanks TA.

  • -1

Can't find anything worth buying. Prices are wrecked by postage costs.

    • -1

There's so much obvious money laundering on eBay. For example a single pack of biscuits I usually buy for $5 is $75.

  • -4

fo we need to activate on home screen?

  • +1

    https://ebay.us/m/gw5Qiq - Robocop unfinished business $49.95

or other games at EB games eBay. https://ebay.us/m/mnc7OZ - need to add $0.05

    https://ebay.us/m/WLLnGr - need to add $0.05

  • +1

Does anyone know if using the "Request combined postage" feature of ebay will prevent cashback from tracking?

    • I have the same question

  • +1

From my initial read items overseas but still purchased via eBay.com.au should be eligible is that correct?

  • Thanks, the only reason I ever thought I would want shop back was for eBay. But I couldn’t be bothered signing up. I haven’t had a discount on eBay for years.

  • Cries in $90 purchase yesterday

    • +5

did you buy a $90 bucket?

      • +1

Bought that Wolf blower thing, so at least I can blow away my tears

        • +2

That would've been with a code you applied? So would be ineligible for this deal anyway.

    • Me $60 yesterday 😥

  • -6

Can I used eBay gift card for payment?

    • +7

      4th line in the post

      • +3

Using eBay gift cards for payment is fine

  • +3

I’m pretty sure the answer is yes, but anyway is buying 2 products from different sellers, but paying together considered 1 transaction?

  • +5

Hopefully this will track. My previous bonus cashback never did.

    • +2

Mine tracked both the $10 bonus and 3% ebay amount after about ~3 hours

  • -1

Thanks TA. Missed out on Ozito to Dyson V7 adapter last time so got this ($23.79) plus another item.

  • Bought 2 items from different sellers under 1 transaction but only 1 got tracked and bonus wasnt tracked

    • +4

Hi. Kindly read the OP and the tips. It's quite normal for different sellers to report sales at different times for eBay even if they're part of the one order, and the bonus will track once both items do. You'll please just need to be patient. Thank you.

Tracking for eBay Australia is not instant and can take up to 7 days to report.

  • +1

I see that "best offer accepted prices" are ineligible, but what about a "seller offer"? Can you still get the bonus if you accept that?

    • +3

I don’t think accepting a sellers offer is eligible.

      • Would be good to know for certain, but in any case there's another non offer item that I can buy that's over $30 alone, so I'll play it safe this time. Thanks.

      • So after making a purchase to get this bonus, I made another one that was a seller offer. That one hasn't tracked, so perhaps that indicates it's not eligible. As TA notes above, though, it can take 7 days to track, so it's far from conclusive. Just FYI.

  • +6

ebay is dead for me, but let's try lol

    • ebay is dead for me too, but at least there is TCB here trying to CBR it

      • -1

Couldn't buy anything, everything I need is still cheaper on Amazon

        For example, baby wipes 😂

    • baseus store has 0 item in stock
      https://www.ebay.com.au/usr/baseus_official_au

      • Chemist warehouse
        Big W
        Dell

Also left eBay, these were my favourites lol

        • eBay algorithm is outdated. It's now more or less a marketplace with a surcharge.

  • Picked up a couple of Christmas presents from Peters of Kensington. Free shipping over $10 for Plus members at least.

  • If eBay seller accepts an offer, still eligible for this $10 cashback ?

    • +2

From point 3 in the original post:

not eligible: best offer accepted prices

  • Thanks OP

  • Great timing, thanks TCB

  • Thanks, bought the dreame Gleam hair dryer for $75 ($63 after cashback)

    • +1

      Ineligible

      • Oh yeah. My bad. Still a good price @ $75, better than Amazon ATL

  • -3

Guessing the eBay Plus monthly $5 voucher code can't be used? I didn't anyway but would be good to know for future

    • +2

      Second paragraph

using ANY voucher or coupon codes will make both cashback and the bonus ineligible.

    • +1

      Title: No Code Use

Looks at it as a $10 code (money back) that can't stack with any other codes.

    • What about the eBay plus 17% off that's active ATM?

Also is this a single use or can we buy more than one 30 dollar plus item in separate transactions?

  • Thanks TA+TCB,

Cashback and bonus tracked after 5 hours (ordered around 4pm)

  • Mine only tracked for 3%. NO bonus yet!

    • I made a purchase in March this year and it included a bonus cashback on top of normal cashback, after lodging a claim and waiting months, I only received normal cashback. They don't even have a comments field so you can remind them of the bonus. Getting a bit sneaky I think. I just lodged a claim for this bonus cashback and I doubt I'll get the bonus $10

  • Thanks TA for another great offer.

My $10 bonus with 3% cashback tracked yesterday in about 4.5 hours.

  • TopCashback.com.au and must activate the offer prior to making a single eligible transaction of $30 or more (inclusive of GST

@tightarse does that mean i could purchase an item shipped from the UK AU $29.66 +
GST AU $2.97? and eligible for the $10 bonus?

  • -1

Is 17 percent off eBay plus purchase code eligible for $10 cashback looks like not?

    • I don't know why you have been negged, aside from the fact that I don't know what the difference is between a voucher and a coupon code probably, the language is ambiguous to me, esp considering from memory the codes go into the same box

  • Thanks TA.
I really like the option to withdraw ANY confirmed balance too 👍 (was minimum $10 with the others)
