Good reviews for this speaker, most other retailers are selling this @ $159.

Yes still waterproof and now dustproof, Gen 2 now have a IP67 rating, Gen 1 IPX7 rating, the X meaning no dustproof rating, the last digit No7 means "Protection against full immersion for up to 30 minutes at depths between 15 cm and 1 metre", so can float in a pool or be lightly dunked, but don't scuba dive with one tied to each ear!!
I wonder if jb hifi will price match
Went to JB yesterday and picked up a set. He beat the price at Sydney Olympic Park (DFO) and sold the set to me for $120.

Yes has a nice big pause button sitting top centre. I like bluetooth speakers for podcasts also and appreciate a play/pause button within easy reach.
I got the gen 1 from big w on clearance for $39, I would happily pay this price for the twin pack gen 2, great speakers
This is a great deal.
There is a good reason these speakers are sold in pairs, as they come with Bluetooth 5.0 they can be paired for "true" stereo sound, which is brilliant for such a portable device. Pairing these speakers with a phone with Bluetooth 5.0 (such as a Samsung Galaxy S8, iPhone 8, or Pixel 2 or later) will add to the experience as Bluetooth 5.0 can travel about 3X further than Bluetooth 4.0. The UE Wonderboom 2 speakers are a decent upgrade from the original, see features/specs here.
These are small and light enough too that you can use the loops to hang them inside your tent. So you can piss off other campers without tripping over your speaker.
I wished the twin pack would come in other colours as well.
I actually found one of these at a bus stop 😂 it sounds super good. Also water proof, so they’re really good either in the ocean or shower. Battery lasts really long as well. If you take it to the beach and got sand all over it, you can just wash it. I think it’s a really good price
Edit: I have the first generation one. I am not sure if this one is waterproof
