      4 out of 4 recent Groupon purchases haven't tracked going via the (Shopback) app. Never have such issues using a browser. YMMV.

  Prefer Cashrewards even ilif it is lower cashback than ShopBack, with all the recent tracking issues.

    Absolutely agree !
    Cashrewards always fast in tracking unlike Shopback, at least I can say from my own experience, the problem is not just Shopback's tracking with Groupon, I had a recent purchase from DJ via Shopback, end up required to lodge a missing claim, too much hassles and time wasted.

    During the last Chemist Warehouse $7.5 cashback deal from Shopback I purchased through shopback and got the tracking confirmation the same day. Used a PC to purchase. I never have issues with Shopback or Cashrewards.
