Good luck actually getting them, you’ll need to follow up about 5 times via phone and be given every excuse under the sun.

    • Engage eWoV. Make the energy companies pay.

    • I got them after 1 or 2 bills

    • I transfer to Red energy went through on 29/1/20 10k Qantas points were in my account on 2/2/20.
Also got my $50 gift card a couple of days latter for using a referral code too.

      • im still waiting for my $50 gift card after being a customer since November - after 4 calls now - there has been an issue with the system and you should expect it in 15-18 business days. Generally hopeless this lot

      • How do you get the referral code and do you have to sign up for both gas and electricity to get the $50 gift card?

        • click on the random referral links up the top of this page. i think it's only for electricity.

    • Ditto moved to another provider since couldn't get them to credit QFF

  • Yeah, only company that’s EVER knocked me back on a credit check. Never missed a bill and high income with low mortgage. Weird.

Had no problem getting my points or gift card when I signed up :)

  • I have been with them for the last year or so, no major issues, except having to chase up for the $50 referral vouchers.

Am about to make a switch, and have looked at the government energy compare site, with globird coming up as cheapest. Any opinions?
